Authorities have arrested a man suspected in an arson attack at a Denny's restaurant Wednesday night near Clackamas Town Center. A Clackamas County Sheriff's Office spokesman said authorities arrested 24-year-old Deshaun James Swanger on Thursday. Detectives have accused him of attempted murder, and booked into the Clackamas County jail without bail. The agency previously released surveillance photos and footage of a man who the spokesman said dumped gasoline on another man and lit him on fire. The 69-year-old victim is in critical condition at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, as of a Thursday morning sheriff's office update. A hospital spokeswoman has not responded to a request for a condition update.
