A jury found a Forest Grove man accused of detonating a pipe bomb earlier this year guilty of several crimes Friday, according to police. Police were called to an explosion in Bard Park on May 19 around 1:20 a.m. The explosion sent shrapnel about 100 yards away from the blast site. Police said Timothy Holycross, 57, set off a pipe bomb at a home where his estranged wife and another man were sleeping. He had a stalking order against him after months of "repeated unwanted contact with his estranged wife."
