Three people were burned in an RV fire in Salem early Thursday morning. According to Marion County Fire District #1, firefighters responded to a reported RV on fire at 4490 Silverton Road Northeast. When they arrived, crews found the RV heavily-involved in fire. Officials say the two occupants escaped, but they were burned in the process. They were transported to Salem Hospital. Fire officials say a neighbor was also burned while trying to suppress the fire with a garden hose. The neighbor was also taken to the hospital. The cause is under investigation.
