Firefighters are still putting out hot spots Monday morning in a vacant warehouse in Allentown that's been burning since Sunday evening. Officials said the fire likely won't be completely out until the building is demolished, which is expected to be sometime Tuesday. Crews were dispatched to an old warehouse in the area of 15th, Gordon and North Franklin streets around 6:15 p.m. Sunday. The flames were so intense, firefighters from throughout the area responded. The fire went to four alarms. The fire also has officials telling residents in the surrounding area to shelter in place due to air quality issues. Heavy smoke and flames could be seen for miles. One firefighter was being treated at a nearby hospital for a burn to his hand. The building is deemed unenterable because of it's old age.
