Central Falls police release a video in hopes of catching an arsonist. The person in the video is hard to see, mostly blocked by the time stamp at the top of the screen. But a month after being burned out of his home on Central St., Kevin Kazarian is optimistic the security camera images will generate a lead. “I'm very hopeful that they'll catch someone,” Kazarian told NBC10. “Maybe someone will notice something. Maybe they'll notice the clothes the person was wearing or the way he walked or the way he presented himself and it may trigger something and they'll call.”
