North Smithfield Coffee and Cream fire ruled as arson; $5K reward offered

A fire that destroyed a popular North Smithfield restaurant has been ruled as arson. The fire leveled the Coffee and Cream restaurant in December 2017. The Arson Watch Reward Program is offering up to $5,000 for information about the fire.
