A business in Providence was damaged by fire Wednesday morning. The fire was reported at about 9:30 a.m. in a commercial building at 35 Livingston St. No injuries were reported. Firefighters were able to put out the fire quickly. Workers were making soap when somehow water got into the process and caused the fire.
