A fire at the North Charleston Shipyard Tuesday is under investigation. The North Charleston Fire Department says it responded to the fire in an unoccupied warehouse located at 1670 Dry Dock Ave. shortly after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Heavy black smoke from the fire was visible from miles around Tuesday before firefighters got it under control.
