Three Campbell County area fire departments responded late Friday after fire broke out at a Caryville food processing plant. Firefighters extinguished the flames and left the property within two hours, according to authorities. Caryville Fire Chief Eddie Hatmaker said dispatchers were contacted shortly after 11 p.m. about a fire at the Campos plant at 241 Elkins Road in Caryville.
