PHOTO: An investigation is underway after a morning barn fire destroyed a large amount of equipment in Greene County.
The fire was in the 1300 block of Brown Springs Road in Greene County. Officials said no one was injured.
Mosheim Volunteer Fire Deparment Chief Harold Williamson said the fire likely started in the maintenance shop on the barn. Williamson believes an electrical issue started the fire.
The fire destroyed two tractors, two pickup trucks, a combine, hay baler, feeder, and several other pieces of equipment and tools. Investigators have not yet been able to determine a value of what was lost.
Crews from six fire departments were on the scene for several hours.
