Three New London firefighters are expected to be okay after their fire truck was involved in a rollover wreck Wednesday night. Officials tell us the single-vehicle wreck happened just before 10 p.m. on FM 850 between Texas 42 and FM 2012 while the New London Volunteer Fire Department was headed to a grass fire in a water-tender vehicle, according the Rusk County Office of Emergency Management. The three firefighters were taken to a hospital to be checked out. The names of the injured firefighters have not been released.
