Ex Brownsville Fire Chief Arrested Again, DA's Office Confirms

More charges are being added to Brownsville's former fire chief's name. Carlos Elizondo was arrested Wednesday, May 9th, 2018. According to Cameron County District Attorney Luis V. Saenz's spokesperson Victoria Cisneros, "under the authority of an arrest warrant, Carlos A. Elizondo was arrested for Breach of Computer Security. He was remanded to county jail, where he was held until he had his initial appearance. He subsequently posted bond." News Center 23 did call Elizondo's attorney Eddie Lucio about the latest arrest, our calls have not been returned.
