VIDEO: Thousands of dollars were raised today for a really important cause and everyone had fun doing it. It was the 4th annual Firefighter’s Chili Cook-off. Hundreds of people at The Shops of South Towne came to sample delicacies, especially chili, whipped up by the firefighters. They have fun competing with each other and all the money goes to the U of U burn camp. Dave Ulibarri, Public Information Officer for the Unified Fire Authority, told us, “It’s a fantastic thing, the camp. It lets children who are victims of burns hang out together, they can just be kids. We do a lot of things with them, so this is a huge fundraiser for that cause”
