A Farr West building suffered minor damage to its interior following a fire Monday afternoon. Weber Fire District crews responded to the structure fire at about 2:15 p.m. Monday at a Farr West warehouse. Though Weber County emergency dispatchers said the fire was originally reported at 3700 N. 2000 West, it occurred at a building across the street. The fire started when a maintenance worker welding metal palettes accidentally lit nearby plastic containers on fire, according to Capt. Casey Naef of Weber Fire District.
