VIDEO: Firefighters are being hailed as heroes by a family who's garage caught on fire. It happened in the area of 11800 South and 4000 West. No one was home at the time. Upon arrival, the firefighters witnessed heavy smoke and flames coming from the garage. They battled those flames for 10 minutes. But then part of the celling collapsed, causing a "mayday" call. When the fire crew entered the home they found 2 dogs unconscious inside.
