Firefighters responded to a fire that broke out Thursday afternoon in a building on Springville’s Main Street. Lt. Warren Foster, public information officer for Springville, said the three-alarm fire started just after 11:30 a.m. Thursday and affected The Brown House Fine Arts store, which is located at 262 S. Main St., and the Bill Brown Reality Building to the north. The extent of the damage and the cause of the fire are still under investigation, Foster said. No one was injured, but buildings near the Brown House were evacuated for safety precautions.
