VIDEO: A young girl is recovering after some scary moments at a South Jordan pool Friday night. Tina Brown, South Jordan City's public information officer, said the incident happened Friday afternoon at the South Jordan Fitness and Aquatics Center at 10866 South Redwood Road during their open swim session. "A child, under the age of 10, was showing signs of distress when a bystander noticed and flagged down a lifeguard," Brown said. "They were able to start CPR on the child and also used the AED Defibrillator before police and fire arrived."
