VIDEO: A garage fire in Ogden caused $15,000 in damages to a vacant home on Sunday evening. Fire crews were dispatched to the home at 545 Chester Street at 11:25 p.m. Flames could be seen coming from the garage, which is a separate building from the house. There were no occupants or people affected, as the house is vacant. No injuries were reported. Before the end of the ordeal, seventeen firefighters were on scene with one ladder truck, three engines, one paramedic rescue, one ambulance and the Battalion Chief. The fire was contained to the garage unit. Neither the house nor any adjacent structures were damaged.
