VIDEO: Utah’s largest wildfire of the season is fully contained, officials confirmed. The lightning-caused Pole Creek Fire, burning about 12 miles northeast of Nephi, was 100 percent contained Sunday evening, according to a tweet from Utah Fire Info. Most of the crews will be dismissed from the fire Sunday night and Monday, officials said. Since the fire started on Sept. 6, it has burned an estimated 102,190 acres, or just under 160 square miles, according to a Sunday evening report on Inciweb, an incident information system. No further updates are expected on the Pole Creek Fire unless significant changes occur, officials added.
