PHOTO: An employee at a Salt Lake City bakery was hospitalized Wednesday after an industrial accident at work. Salt Lake City Fire Department responded to Stone Ground Bakery 1025 South 700 West between 2 and 2:30 p.m. Firefighters help free a 50-year-old man who got this arm stuck in a bread-making machine. The man was transported to a trauma facility in fair condition.
