PHOTOS: One lane of northbound Interstate 15 was blocked by a charred Ford F-150 truck in Washington County after the vehicle rolled, hit a concrete barrier and then caught on fire. Hurricane Valley Fire District arrived to douse the fire at approximately 3:11 p.m. Tuesday after crews were dispatched to an incident on I-15 near mile marker 23 in the farthest right northbound lane. “Original reports stated that the vehicle was hanging over the guard rail and was starting on fire,” Hurricane Valley Fire District posted on social media. “There were two occupants of the vehicle who were able to get out on their own. “Crews arrived on scene shortly afterward and were able to extinguish the fire. All patients were assessed and refused transport to the hospital.”
