A boat caught fire and burned Tuesday on the James River in Henrico County. Fire crews responded about 10:45 a.m. near Osborne Landing after a boat operator reported smoke coming from the front of the vessel. The operator was able to dock the boat on shore to wait for firefighters. Henrico Fire Boat 2 also was dispatched to the scene, and its crew quickly extinguished the blaze. No one was injured in the fire.
