A judge decided Monday not to certify arson charges against three people accused of involvement in a Bedford house fire in August but sent one count against a fourth defendant to the grand jury. Prosecutors still have the option to pursue charges against Christopher William Lantrip, 30, Hunter John Galaini, 20, and Angela Sue Martin, 34, without going through grand jury proceedings. Bedford District Judge Stephanie Maddox agreed with each of those three defendants’ lawyers the commonwealth doesn’t have enough evidence to take cases against them to the grand jury.
