Valley school kids are learning life saving lessons during Fire Prevention Week from the men and women who put out flames for a living. On Monday, members of Rockingham Fire & Rescue visited Peak View Elementary to eat lunch with students and answer questions they have about the firefighting profession. "Do you drive the fire truck? How do you put out the fires? How do you stay safe in the fires? Actually, very relevant questions that we try to go around and we try to answer for the kids," said Stanley Barbour with the agency.
