Thee Danville Fire Department is investigating the cause of a Tuesday night blaze that damaged a Danville home under renovation. Crews were called to 1005 Washington St. shortly before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. When arriving at the small two-story home, firefighters found light smoke coming from the eves of the structure, according to a news release. The fire was brought under control in about 10 minutes. No one was inside the home that is undergoing renovation, officials said.
