Dealing with the sudden death of her son, a mother from Buckingham County is turning her anguish into activism. Cassandra Stish says it's almost been two years and she's ready to encourage safe driving and honor her son's legacy.
Thor Stish lost control of his truck on New Years Eve in 2015, his life cut short at 19 years old.
At age 15 Thor started volunteering at the Toga Fire Department in Buckingham County and it quickly became his passion. He would help clean the trucks, sweep the floors, among many other things.
