We have an update on the $1.3 million dollar federal lawsuit against the Gore Fire Company that arose when one of their ambulances, driven by the fire company president, pulled into a busy route 50 in Frederick County, Virginia.
Lawyers for the fire company filed a motion for summary judgment, which, if successful would terminate the case early.
