Seattle Police are investigating after an apparent explosion in the Georgetown neighborhood. Seattle Firefighters and Seattle Police responded to the 6200 block of Carleton Ave S just before 8:30 p.m. for reports of a fire in a residence. Firefighters found extensive damage from a small explosion. Crews said it caused 500 dollars worth of damage to a fence and siding of a house on that street. No one was hurt. Seattle Police are now investigating, but we have not heard any details from them just yet on who or what caused the explosion to happen.
