Investigators say the fire that destroyed a building at an apartment construction site early Wednesday morning was arson. Firefighters were called out around 3 a.m. to put out a fire at an apartment complex being built at 4555 Northeast 66th Avenue. No one was hurt in the fire. Crews arrived at the scene to find one of the apartment buildings engulfed in flames. “There were reports of possible explosions prior to the 9-1-1 calls," said Darrin Deming, a spokesperson for Vancouver Fire. "Our crews did a great job getting those hoses in place quickly so we could protect the other structures.”
