A Centralia woman charged with intentionally setting fires at an apartment complex she managed was issued a $10,000 arrest warrant Wednesday after she failed to appear for her first appearance in Lewis County Superior Court.
Kathrin Turner, 44, was charged this month with one count of first-degree arson. In November, she was accused of setting two fires at an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Scammon Creek Road in Centralia, days before she was rushed to the Providence Centralia Hospital, and later Tacoma General Hospital, for severe and apparently self-inflicted wounds.
