Two people were taken to an area hospital after a rollover crash in east Vancouver this morning.
Police and fire personnel responded to the three-vehicle crash, reported about 8:30 a.m. at the roundabout at Northeast 138th Avenue and Northeast 49th Street, according to the Vancouver Fire Department.
There was one adult in each vehicle. Two of those involved in the crash were extricated by firefighters and taken to an area hospital with minor injuries, firefighters said. The third person was not injured.
The intersection was closed for about an hour while emergency crews responded, which included two fire engines, a battalion chief, two AMR ambulances and officers with the Vancouver Police Department.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the Vancouver Police Department.
