A driver in their 20's was crushed when the vehicle they were working on fell on top of them in Monroe Tuesday night. It happened in the O'Reilly Auto Parts parking lot in the 19000 block of State Route 2. According the Monroe Fire, witnesses said the person was there most of the day working on the van, but no one saw the vehicle fall. Firefighters were called to the scene around 9:00 p.m. when someone discovered a person trapped under the car. Crews were able to get the person out from under the van, but they were pronounced dead.
