Firefighters fought a raging fire that destroyed an auto repair shop and a neighboring home Thursday in Bremerton.
No one was hurt. The cause hasn't been pinpointed, but investigators believe that it may have occurred when the shop employees spilled a fuel cell they were carrying when they stumbled. One of the workers who tripped knocked a lamp over and into the fuel, said Battalion Chief John Payne.
Crews responded to the blaze, at 11th Street and Callow Avenue, at about noon Thursday.
