Firefighters struggled to extinguish an early morning house fire because they couldn't get to the back of the home.
The home, in the 9300 block of 60th Avenue West, is on a hill. The fire started in the home's attic around 3:30 a.m., fire officials said.
Crews say the fire was challenging to fight because they could reach only the front of the house. They had trouble getting to the back of the home because of the small size of the road.
The fire was contained, fire officials say. Lingering hot spots in the area will keep crews at the scene for several hours.
