A suspected DUI driver was arrested Thursday night after plowing through a road sign, clipping a tension cable, spinning through a bush and crashing into a home. The driver lost control of the car while headed south on East 24th Street, the Bremerton Police Department says. The crash caused extensive damage. The white sedan hit the side of the home and caused minor damage. The car sustained significant front end damage. Officers on scene say the driver and passenger acknowledged leaving a nearby bar and were confused as to how the crash had happened. The Washington State Patrol assisted with the investigation and arrest.
