The Senate FIRE-SAFER re-authorization bill passed in early August but has yet to make any progress in the House. Due to the lack of action, Representative Bill Pascrell (D-NJ), Representative Dave Reichert (R-WA) and the other House Fire Services Caucus members introduced their own FIRE-SAFER re-authorization bill (H.R. 3881) on September 28. This bill is the House companion bill to S. 829. We are urging Members of Congress to co-sponsoring H.R. 3881. Attached is a letter that our members can use to contact the Washington House delegation and ask for co-sponsorship of H.R. 3881 If you plan to contact Rep.
