The Spokane Fire Department rescued a dog Sunday night that was trapped inside a motor home that caught fire. It happened on the 2000 block of West 15th Avenue in Spokane just before 7 P.M. SFD Battalion Chief Bruce Moline said crews arrived to find a motor home on fire and a dog trapped inside. Most of the fire was kept to the bottom part of the trailer, according to Moline. There were hay bails there used for insulation. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and rescue the dog trapped inside. No people were inside the motor home when the fire started.
