Fire officials say six structures and seven outbuildings have been lost in the Angel Springs Fire burning about seven miles northeast of Davenport in Lincoln County.
The about 4,500-acre blaze is 15 percent contained after it was reportedly sparked by farming equipment Aug 2. As many as 170 structures remain threatened and Level 2 and 3 evacuations are in place. The state Department of Natural Resources previously said the fire had destroyed two structures. The higher number of six structures and seven outbuildings lost were a result of better access to burned areas, and does not represent new losses.
More than 360 personnel are assigned to the fire, including two crews, air resources and communications equipment from the Washington National Guard.
