Kennewick firefighters rescued a deer found stuck in an irrigation canal on Tuesday. When the fire department was called to the scene in the morning. A firefighter tied a lasso and looped the deer on his first attempt. The deer was safely pulled from the water. Firefighter from stations 4 and 5 were both dispatched to the scene.
