A main road is closed about three miles west of Marysville after two dump trucks collided, emergency officials said.
Firefighters and Snohomish County deputies responded to the scene, on 140th Street NW near 56th Avenue, at about 12:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a serious crash.
Two heavily damaged dump trucks were found at the scene. One had flipped over onto its side. The other truck's engine was twisted at a 45-degree angle away from the rest of the cab.
No one was injured, but the mess is taking some time to clean up. Several gallons of oil and fuel spilled, and crews are using absorbent and booms to contain the fuel.
