Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with an arson last week that caused extensive damage to the Lake Stevens Boys & Girls Club, police said. The two suspects, a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old, were identified based on a tip from a neighbor. Both have been booked into the Denny Juvenile Justice Center, a Lake Stevens police spokesman said. Police said the 13-year-old was already in custody for another crime. The 16-year-old was arrested Thursday. The 16-year-old confessed and said they lit toilet paper on fire in the Honey Bucket portable bathrooms there on May 28, which ended up spreading to the club building and causing thousands of dollars in damage, police said.
