No one was home when a fire started in the Bremerton home. The blaze, investigators believe, was intentionally set.
The woman who lives there was out of town at a funeral.
Firefighters found flames coming through the roof. And a fire marshal believes the blaze, which started in the kitchen, was arson.

"He made the determination of arson fairly quickly based on what he was able to see in the kitchen" said John Payne, a battalion chief with the Bremerton Fire Department. "There was some graffiti noted on one of the walls. That made it pretty obvious to him in addition to some other evidence that it was clearly arson."
Officials won't say what was written on the walls, but said it wasn't gang-related.
