A fire at apartment building in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood Monday night was intentionally set, according to investigators. The fire broke out around 7:30 p.m. on the mezzanine level of the building located at 404 E. Howell Street. Firefighters were able to quickly knock down the flames. No one was injured, but the fire caused about $10,000 in damage. Seattle Police are now investigating.
