A victim is being treated after fire broke out Thursday morning at a Kent apartment building, emergency officials said.
Crews responded to the scene, an apartment building near the intersection of 106th Avenue SE and 264th Street, at around 8:45 a.m. after receiving reports of smoke and flames there.
Medics found one victim who was treated at the scene. That person's condition is unknown.
Firefighters, meanwhile, battled the blaze as smoke gushed from the interior of the building.
