A fire meant to burn a pile of clothes spreads to an apartment deck in Kennewick. Firefighters were called out to the On The Boulevard apartment complex near Steptoe Street and West Gage Boulevard Saturday night. When crews got there, a fire was burning on an apartment deck. Once put out they discovered Kali Beacham, 21, attempted to burn a pile of clothes on the barbecue. Beacham was cited for reckless burning. No other apartments were damaged.
