Authorities say a 39-year-old Vancouver man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in the 2016 death of a man whose body was found inside his burning home. The Columbian reports Dustin Griffin was arrested late Monday. Firefighters called to the blaze on Nov. 22, 2016, found the body of 62-year-old Donald Howard in his Woodland home. Authorities later found the fire appeared to have been set intentionally and an autopsy showed Howard died of blunt force trauma. Griffin was booked into Cowlitz County Jail. Further information about the case was not released and it wasn't known if Griffin had obtained an attorney.
