VIDEO: A Green Bay man faces arson charges in connection to the fire at the Ten-O-One Club on Main Street in green bay Sunday night. 18-year-old Jesus Castilloveitia-Quinton is charged with three felonies, including arson and child abuse. Capt. Kevin Warych of the Green Bay Police Department says the suspect was in the former Ten O One Club building with some children, when the fire started. He says Castilloveitia-Quinton knew the children, and they lived in the neighborhood near Main Street and Webster Avenue. A court commissioner set a $25,000 bond for Castilloveitia-Quinton. The fire caused major damage to the century old building. Fire officials say one person was treated for smoke inhalation in the fire - which started on the second floor. Damage is estimated at 100,000 dollars. The Ten-O-One Club and Restaurant was closed for about a month prior to the fire.
