VIDEO: About one dozen patients were taken to a hospital following a carbon monoxide incident in Manitowoc. The Manitowoc Fire Chief says 12-16 patients were transported to the hospital. “This was a mass casualty incident for the city of Manitowoc. Meaning that our local resources were tasked and we had additional agencies from Two Rivers and Mishicot EMS that came to assist with this incident,” said Chief Todd Blaser. Emergency crews have blocked off 1104-1112 Washington Street with caution tape.
