VIDEO: Severe weather season is slowly coming to an end, but that didn't stop the city of Green Bay from installing a new tornado siren last week in the Red Smith neighborhood. The two mile radius siren is the strongest of it's kind and cost the city $17000 dollars to install, but according to its neighbors, that was worth every penny. "I'm glad it's here, I think it will make the neighborhood safer and get people to go in their basements if they need to," said Jamie McGowan who lives in the neighborhood. Jamie says the sirens in her neighborhood were not loud enough warn everyone there of severe weather.
