The second suspect involved in the Cabaret Bar fire in early August has been arrested, but he isn't talking. 32-year-old Robert Hernandez was confirmed in Wausau police custody by Newsline 9 Wednesday, but officials say he hasn't been responding to questioning about what exactly occurred that night. Hernandez was also arrested for violating his felony parole. Both Hernandez and Tony Patterson, Jr. have been implicated by the bar owners in what seems to be an attempted arson. Patterson, Jr. turned himself in on charges of battery over a fight he got into at the Cabaret a week before the fire, but he refuses to talk about the fire, as well. The bar itself was not dealt any major damage to the structure.
